So what is the rang and altitude of hisar o+ based on that ?

This has become a tradition by now. Every 6 months we see talks about SAMP-T. How much sense does it make purchasing the SAMP-T now? Unless they want ABM capabilities sooner than what we can expect from Siper...

As Ismail Demir said, Siper will have anti ballistic capabilities near 2028, SAMP/T makes sense

with these dimensions expecting ABM capacity from SIPER means you want PAC-3 MSE which is hit2kill.

Hit-to-kill must be difficult for now.

SAMP-T is a proven system. Aster-30 block-1 NT has a range of 150km and can hit ballistic missiles with a range of 1500km. Aster-30 block-2 BMD is still in development stage and will be capable to hit ballistic misslies with a range of 3000km.
If we can get this technology quicker by becoming a partner to this program, it wI’ll be a win-win situation for us.
Our Siper block-2 with 150km range won’t be ready until 2026. We have only recently delivered the Hisar-A system to the TSK. Hisar-O system still to be delivered.
We can bolster our air defence system with Aster-30 block-1 NT straight away if we can join this program. As it is a multi platform system, both the navy and army will benefit from it. It will hasten our indigenous Siper program to fruition.

guess news/rumor is somehow connected to the claim/fact that ''Russian S-400 air defense system was unable to intercept missiles fired by HIMARS.'' by MoD of Ukraine. S 400 is not a magical weapon, not wise to expect a single system to counter everthing from guided artillery rockets to Harpoons.

Well, think of it this way: Our Hisar and Siper missiles; If they were not able to stop supersonic missiles like HARM, Brahmos or Hellfire Missiles, what is the point in having them on board our ships? Are they only good for intercepting air breathing cruise missiles and planes? After all we are actually considering for our Hisar series to replace or use “instead” of ESSM, which CAN intercept supersonic missiles.

in fact ESSM's role is given to OSA M in Russian navy and except Iron dome hard to find a some how potent system against artillery rockets.
