Sure, numbers could always go up, but as @Sanchez stated, we don't know what is actually included in these anti-air orders but if I had to bet, I would bet that some sort of short range aa cannon *is* included. My point here is, for once, we managed to be ahead of the pack thanks to harsh lessons we learned in Syria.

Fucking hell, recoil and spread was insane in some of those shots, thank god they use airburst rounds. And in most of the shots drones looked stationary, I would love to see this system tested against drones that are actively trying to avoid getting shot at full speed.

MKE is developing that 35mm gun for the last 6 or 8 years. Not one single test shown so far. We only got a carbon copy of Rheinmetall gun's turret design.
I don't remember ever seen anything from MKE about developing their own 35mm, rather than keep using the Oerlikon GDF.
They've been working on a revolver type 35mm, similar to KDG. Some of the weapon systems showcased over the years require the smaller footprint of the revolver to exist. Non surprisingly, all those systems also went nowhere, because they have no guns as MKE is yet to show it.
I missed this one completely, such a shame they have a chokehold in the industry.
Did they use airburst ammunition the 50cal looked like delayed open (fuze) with small pellets inside that open after it left the barrel.
It should be airburst, most likely delayed fuse though. Las year or this summer Aselsan and another company had revealed 7.62 and 12.7 mm anti-drone ammo, so, it should be either that or something like that.
It does look different, so, probably MKE's own bullets. They are all the same thing at the end though, pellets held inside a sabot until fuse goes off.
