No idea if they mean complete systems or just the single vehicles. A single hisar battery consist of 8 vehicles.

Yup, like the other delivery from august. That was about 1 Siper and 3 Hisar Os, 1 Korkut battery and plenty of EW systems I think. But, the other issue is of course missile production to match the system production.

Steel Dome is basically a catchall from the smallest Kangal on a Kirpi to Siper and everything in between. On one hand, makes it hard to follow, on the other hand, makes it hard to follow for others. Such is life.
