President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has arrived in Azerbaijan for a one-day working visit at the invitation of President İlham Aliyev of Azerbaijan.

President Erdoğan’s plane landed at the Fuzuli International Airport, which is the first airport built by Azerbaijan in its recently-liberated lands. Welcomed by President Aliyev, President Erdoğan was the first head of state to land at the Fuzuli International Airport.

After cutting the opening ribbon of the airport, President Erdoğan and President Aliyev toured the terminal building.

Accompanying President Erdoğan on his visit are Minister of Environment and Urbanization Murat Kurum, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu.

That would be the good news. The bad and most likely true news is that Armenia has no real intentions of diplomatic goodwill.

As far as I know, we're building defensive outposts and checkpoints everywhere we can but it's hard to operate in "Russian peacekeeper" territory.
