Making an assessment following the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Commander of the Greek Coast Guard, Rear Admiral Theodoros Kliaris and the US Admiral Stein Poulin, Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt said, “With the signing of today's Memorandum of Understanding, we welcome another real turning point in the relations between the US and the Greek Coast Guard. Pyatt took this opportunity to thank Rear Admiral Poulin for his special trip to Greece, and all partners in the US Coast Guard who pledged to deepen and strengthen the defense relationship with Greece.
