The “TV Expert” said, the AI on KAAN knows, where the radar beams come from (angle) and turn the plane to become less visible. Is that correct?
It even isn't an AI task.
All modern fighter jets do know when and where they get "marked" with a radar on the merit of their advanced RWR systems.
Rafale's RWR can guide a bomb to said radar's location(that's how they got one of our Hawk batteries in Libya AFAIK.) and EF2K's RWR can provide guidance data to plane's own Fox-2's in order to intercept A2A missiles coming for the jet.
Chinese J-20's can also adjust the angle of its canard's to maintain radar stealth, allegedly.
What’s happen, when the plane turn his ‘back’ to the radar beams, during he opens his IWB doors ? Can the radar detect the open doors?
For air-to-ground scenarios, you need to turn the plane upside down to make the plane "turn his back to the radar beams." you ain't dropping bombs in that scenario.
In air-to-air scenarios, it doesn't matter that much anyway.

Yes, they know when they get marked, but doesn’t know how to move or turn the plane to get less visible in the best angle.

As I said above, J-20 (allegedly) adjusts its canard angles accordingly.
Also, F-35's do analyze the radar signal on-the-fly and show the range, bearing and type of the radar to the pilot. Not unlike the radar screens in video games. But since it is a MANNED plane, the final decision in in the pilot's hands.
Kaan would be able to do the stuff the F-35 and Eurocanards can do, as described above.
But an automatic avoidance system like you describe is probably will be in Kızılelma.

Do we think the rear-end design of the Kaan will change, or is it final after the critical design review finishes?

Rafale started with 2 F404 engines then later switched to 2 M88 Engines, as you can see the rear tail has changed.

It's possible to expect changes to the production model or even future prototypes but we do not yet know what will TF35000's dimensions be.

If they change the design/structure will it be more difficult to upgrade from older Blocks to more modern blocks with TF35000 in the future?

- New engine would have to be very similar in dimensions to F110?

Probably, but we don't have the data to support that at hand. That's not necessarily a bad thing for the program. More hulls, more production, longer lifecycle for the program. More money as well of course.

I think they have changed design of Kaan, can anyone confirm this, look at the tail end?
The new prototype of KAAN will be slightly shorter and have a smaller nose (because the radar turned out much smaller than planned). The nose is designed to be bigger to be on the safe side but MURAD-100A is now a fully working prototype and TAI knows the exact dimensions of MURAD-600A it is not a guessing game anymore.

Tbh not really good if 600A is smaller than it's counterparts

Yeah, I think he meant a bit smaller than planned. (Current nose cone is humongous.) Much smaller sounds unrealistic. Should still have around 2000 T/R modules.

It adds up because radar covers an area lets say you have 10cmx10cm modules, a thousand of them covers 10 square meters. If you manage to manufacture the same module 8x8 the same radar covers 6.4 square meters.

Very true I guess we should have come to a certain point in miniaturization that we start having AESA seeker head for a QUADPACK missile

If it is smaller than its counterparts, why? I imagine that more T/R modules would increase performance. I guess, though, that a smaller nose improves the aerodynamics and a 'sweet spot' exists between radar performance and aerodynamic performance.
