What is hisar a's range?
- HISAR-A+: The launching station is the same as the HISAR-A, but it uses an improved missile able to destroy aerial targets at a range of 15 km and an altitude of 8 km with 366° engagement capability. The system can strike six targets at a time. It integrates state-of-the-art technology with open hardware and software (HW/SW) architecture for using future technology.
Sounds a bit derivative of Iron Dome.Look like it was decided to name Türkiye's layered AD Celik Kubbe (Steel Dome).
You can copy my homework but change a couple things type naming...Sounds a bit derivative of Iron Dome.
Yeah, fucking terrible choice for a name.Sounds a bit derivative of Iron Dome.
That's just Korkut mate.
More than likely just a twin 35mm turret like Korkut's without AKR radar as it's part of a system. You can actually see the AKR right behind it on a different pedestal. What's that the second CIWS at the left?
The right one is Göker , we know it.
These are massive systems, each battery costs somewhere between 40-200 million dollars. They can't be built over a month. The problem are not names but the quantity of those weapon systems .
In case of massive war , What Turkiye will do ? Those small factories will blow up at first day of war

Current projection is 11 "batteries" of Hisar and Siper to be delivered to MSB by 2029.
Poles have open credit lines, a strong economy and allies don't embargo more than half of the stuff they want to buy. We've asked for SAMP-T for more than a decade at this point.I mean, if you consider the potential air defence need of TSK, then it is not sufficient. Having lesser numbers of AMD assets cannot be compensated in any other way. For example, Poles know this.

It's a big country, we will never have enough air defence assets to cover it and our commitments elsewhere. 11 is a start, as we currently have no modern AMD assets but for 1-3 Hisar batteries, 10-14 Korkut batteries and 3-5 modernized GDF guns. Actual needs are probably 6 times these, at least.
