A short summary of the most important points would be nice though.
A lot of countries which one of them is more advanced than us wants to buy PD-170 engine.
PD-170 engine passed EASA test but not officially. They made the tests themselves.
TEI sell critical engine parts to major manufacturers. And half of the planes use TEI made parts in the engine.
Baykar Akıncı UAV will use PD-222 engine for the C model.
General Electric is share holder of TEI by 46% but they dont mean any threat to national projects.
General Electric is major costumer of TEI.
TEI has 5 billion $ awaiting sales.
TEI will manuacture GE-F110 engine in Turkey for TF-X.

And in the beginning, he talked about jet engines generally and he give basic information. He also said that we dont have any foreign dependency on TS-1400 TurboShaft engine.

For me biggest suprise is that we are going to produce F110 engine again. Which means later production line can be used for National MMU engine.

S&T Dynamics EST15K transmission is still in development, Doosan engine is also ready.

If we can combine UTKU, BATU engine with S&T transmission in the short term it would save us a lot of time if possible

If we can combine UTKU, BATU engine with S&T transmission in the short term it would save us a lot of time if possible



BMC is working on the transmission, it's vital that the pair work seamlessly together - I would reject such an idea - only on the basis that it would be more of an headache getting the BMC engine to work with S&T transmission, and in the end it would not save time but pull away engineers from other tasks...

  • TEI-PD-150 is a semi-domestic because It is using Mercedes engine block but It can be included into your list.
  • TEI-PD-180 (lighter than PD-170 but produces 10hp more power). This engine will be integrated to TB3.
  • KaleAero is also developing a new turbojet that is going to generate more thrust than KTJ-3200. I believe It will have a thrust range around 4kN (the name of it will be something like KTJ-4000).
  • TEI is developing a new turboshaft engine called TEI-TS-3000 that is going to generate 3000hp rotation power for Atak-2 and 12t utility helicopter.
  • TEI has developed two variant of TJ series turbojet. TJ-300 and TJ-400.

Thanks, I am aware of that but they are under development not under production or to be produced soon. If you want to edit or add any thing do it as you please.
