- Conceptual Design which is either submitted for a bid, or elected.
- Conceptual Design which is in contract design stage.
- Conceptual Design which is derivative of a proven platform.
- Conceptual Design which is not extra-ordinary (like a starship), based on realizable and affordable concepts and techniques.
Note: When a concept is realized, given a name and class designation has been received, it shall be promoted to the related section.
